A really nice, quirky hotel and (literal) social hub. Comfortable bed, plenty of storage space, a safe wet room style bathroom and Nespresso coffee. Handy for Alexanderplatz too. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice but Dusty

The vibe is really great. Very friendly/helpful staff. Great modern concept and welcoming. The only issue was the dust. Walking in the hallways you can see the dust cascade around the lights. It wasn’t until my second night that I noticed the alarming amount of dust in my room, on my bed and on the surfaces. Since it was my last night and my allergies weren’t bothering me, I just stayed. If it weren’t for the dust, I’d give this place a 10/10. But I give it 8/10.

Surprised how nice and well appointed our room was as our son is living in another area of the hotel for 4 months as a study abroad student. Was expecting to be more dorm like, and it does have that feel a bit in decor, room and lobby which is very modern, concrete, minimalist. But has a nice bar, excellent drinks, everything you need and the room was clean and comfortable with a small kitchenette area, microwave, mini-fridge, large modern bathroom. Better than many upscale hotels we’ve stayed at!!

Customer service hosts need to improve in tourism knowledge. Rooms need to be equipped with a fridge, since guests are forced to purchase food outside of the hotel because of the limited options in the restaurant.

Convenient location near the S and U trains, and really nice property. My only negative comments are that the rooms are small, and the shower only has a partial door, so the bathroom floor will inevitably get wet after a shower. But I would still stay here again.

The staff is good (especially, Laura, she’s so kimd hearted person, which we really liked her personality), Location is super (middle of the town); But the was very cold, but there’s no technician at that moment. Great staff, great vibes! I would especially recommend this property to travellers who enjoy a bit of activity around them and like to socialise / making the most of Berlin nightlife. The location is perfect for all the best music locations in Berlin. It is a younger crowd as there are also students living there. This hotel was perfect for my needs and I would come back! Shout out to the incredible staff.

This property was perfect for my needs. The staff were really personable and always willing to help with any questions or requests. I’d especially recommend this property to younger travellers (or young at heart) who don’t mind a bit of activity around them and want to socialise with the space around them. If you want a really conservative and silent property this might not be the spot for you, but if you are out and about making the most of Berlin nightlife it is perfect.
