Hard bed, water issue
I got upgraded to junior suite because they running out of double bed room and I don’t want two single beds. The staffs were friendly. But the bed is so hard and bouncy. Really affecting my sleep. When I was taking a shower the water goes hot. Extremely hot. Even though I turned it to cold water it was still hot. Now only for the shower, the sink and the bath all only give extremely hot water and boiling me. They gave me the option to change the room but it was 3am so I didn’t change.

Very clean. Ensure you get the breakfast option. If you are an American you will not be used to this continental breakfast. That is meant I n a good way. Enjoyed the food and courteous staff.

Where do I start, my credit card had unauthorized charges of over 400 Euro for 2 rooms that were prepaid. Took over 2 weeks to get a refund. The hotel never answers their phone. Corridors are dirty. Bed linens inadequate with two postage sized comforters on a queen sized bed. 1 person on reception for a hotel this size!?!
