Had a lovely stay for a long weekend with the family. We had 3 rooms between us which were all a good size, clean and comfortable. The hotel is a bit out of the city centre but there is a tram right outside which was useful. Breakfast was tasty and lots of choice. They make pancakes on request and I definitely recommend them! Staff were all very friendly. Especially wanting to say a massive thank you to Rando for going the extra mile to make the trip a special one for my in-laws 40th wedding anniversary!

Great stay

I was very Impressed with this Hotel. The service was great the room was quiet and clean and the bathroom even had a bath as well as a shower. They really are helpful and it was great value for money. The location doesn’t have a huge amount of amenities though it does have a really good Italian restaurant nearby and a supermarket and chemist however the subway is literally outside plus the tram. You can get anywhere very quickly. I felt comfortable and safe, and everybody was friendly

The hotel location is great, close to S-Bahn and train station. Easy ride from Airport to Hotel. Also it's located in central Berlin which is very close to most of the museums. Great staff and nice rooms. You need to check out the roof top bar and the restaurant. Amazing view of Berlin.

You know that feeling when you walk into a hotel and think, "Aye, this'll do"? Well, this wasn't that. This was, "Bloody hell, this is brilliant!" They upgraded me to an executive room - and I swear it was bigger than my first flat. Spotless, comfy, and one of those places you actually want to come back to after a day stomping round Berlin. Breakfast? Outstanding. None of this sad wee bit of toast nonsense - proper variety, good coffee, and enough to keep you fuelled till dinner. And the staff! Friendly without being fake, the kind of people who make you feel like a guest rather than a nuisance with luggage. Location's spot on too - easy to get about, but not stuck in the middle of tourist mayhem. Absolutely loved it. If you're coming to Berlin, book this place. If you're not coming to Berlin, book it anyway and find an excuse.

Solo travel to Berlin

I truly enjoyed my stat at Vienna House, the Hotel felt modern, clean and the staff were excellent. The location was ideal, just a short tram ride into the middle of the city and the tram stop was directly outside the Hotel. Breakfast was an impressive spread, which I enjoyed everytime. The buffett was constantly refreshed and there was alot on offer. My only two (and they are small) gripes: The elevators were not centrally located so I had a very long walk from my room everytime. The emails to check in ahead of time and at the end for what I assume was a review, were all in German with no English transaltion so I was not able to respond.

I wasn’t able to stay at this hotel due to that AC wasn’t working and it was really hot outside Spoke to Rana manager who informed me that AC is broke down but it will be fix in couple of days. We decided to move out from hotel and Rana assured us that payment will be processed in full towards me, but in couple of days I received email that Expedia wasn’t able to get me my refund back at all. We went to hotel and spoke to Rando manager who was very nice to us gave us drinks and informed us that he is going to do everything to get full refund via expidia and he actually did after an hour they spoke to expidia and we received fully refund. But rather then that it’s nice hotel to stay.

Disappointing

It was a very warm weekend when my husband and I stayed and were not advised that the air conditioning was not working. We spent time trying to switch on the air conditioning which was a waste of time. We spoke to the people on reception the following morning who then advised us about building work on the roof that prevents the a/c from working. They suggested providing a fan and would deliver to the room that day. We got back at about 10.00pm and no fan. Our whole stay was quite uncomfortable due to the room being too warm. Also no room service or bar open in the evening.
