The Hotel was extremely well located. Staff was outstanding, rooms basic but very comfortable anr clean. A very good location, however keep in mind it is a very busy location and not ideal for quiet and peaceful sleep.

Our stay at Hotel National Bern was excellent overall. Check-in was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff who provided clear and useful instructions that made settling in easy. The room was clean and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel's central location is perfect for sightseeing, putting Bern's main attractions within easy walking distance. The combination of helpful service, quality accommodations, and prime location made this a great choice for exploring the city. Would definitely recommend and consider staying here again.

Fantastic location near the ttain station, the Old Town, and public transit, with some great restaurants nearby as well. The rooms and beds are very comfortable and cozy, excellent continental breakfast buffet, and staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
