Location was great. The hotel doesnt look like a hotel from the outside so locating the parking was difficult as was getting into the hotel from the car park. Rooms were very modern looking.

Enjoyable Bern stay - no direct phone connection

A great place to stay in Bern. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the Rosengarten where you have a wonderful view over the city across the Aare. It is easily accessible from the main train station with a direct bus connection (right now 9A), which takes 6-7 minutes and runs frequently (15-20 minutes cadence on weekends to 4 minute cadence during main business hours in the week). The rooms are comfortable with amodern design. The breakfast has good variety, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is one issue though with the Prizehotels that we ran into after checkout. My wife had left her phone on the charging bank in the Lobby, which she noticed when we were already at the train station. We tried to call to alert them and check before I went back, but there is no direct phone connection to the reception of the hotel only to a central facility somewhere, and even they couldn't get anybody on the phone at the hotel.

It located on the hill where able to see beautiful old town from the top floor bar, room is clean and modern, walk about 20 mins to big clock tower and old town shopping st, the hotel offer onsite underground parking at fee which is convenient for driving car travel, and breakfast is just fine, the day we check in took over 30 mins as limited stuff working on Friday

This is the strangest hotel I ever stayed. On one side it has ultra modern design and high tech in rooms. On other side it did not leave me impression of hotel when Uber dropped us off at 10pm. Room was in basement with view of the wall , staff at reception not wearing suits or uniforms but wearing black t-shirts, enormous hallways Location of the hotel is good close to bears park. Everyone was friendly
