Situated adjacent to the former Bell Tower, this quiet one-bedroom bungalow sleeps two adults comfortably in a very well-presented hidden property.. All on the Ground Floor:

You will find Bell Tower B located on a terrace of bungalows, down a path from Main Street, literally just a stone’s throw from the beautiful beaches of Berwick-upon-Tweed. This is a charming, peaceful and modern property ideal for couples looking for a quiet break, or for using Berwick as a base for activities through southern Scotland and Northumberland.

Bell Tower is a modern bungalow, comprising an open-plan living room, dining room, and kitchen, along with a double bedroom and a shower room. Refitted in early 2023, the property is finished with the comfort of guests in mind. A wall-mounted TV in the living room and another in the bedroom make the property perfect for lazy evenings and mornings.

There is space in the living room for dining, that is of course on the basis that you’re not out enjoying some of the great pubs and restaurants in the town centre. The modern kitchen has everything you need to make your perfect meal, and the shower room has a double walk-in shower.

This is an excellent place for a bit of peace, or equally for a few days away from normality, next to the seaside. There are a few buildings around to shelter you from the cold wind, so it has the best of both worlds. Beach 250 yards. Shop and restaurant 300 yards, pub 250 yards.

This property is operated by the owners of 2c Bell Tower (UK 30086) and 18 Governors Gardens (UK 10404) making it ideal for families and close friends wishing to stay close to one another.

We have been visiting Berwick for many years and this little cottage was an absolute find, it is spotlessly clean ,has everything you could need wether you want to eat in or eat out, great base for walking ,days out ,its just a lovely place. For me it was a wee bit cold the first night,but was ok after though i was always concious of the smart meter, the bed little to soft for me but other than that an excellent wee place.

Lovely cottage

Cosy little cottage. Ideally located on the edge of Berwick, within walking distance of all amenities. Berwick is a lovely town to explore, with lots of history and plenty of independent shops, cafes and restaurants. The Northumberland coast is beautiful (we loved Coldingham bay and StAbbs) and the cottage is handy for visiting the border towns. Melrose is particularly attractive. We had an excellent holiday and would definitely recommend the cottage. Thank you to Steph and John for good communication and the lovely welcome pack.
