Cottage 'le mas de peyraube - gîte arizona'

Arizona is a standalone cottage located 50 meters from the main house. You’ll enjoy all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay in any season, thanks to reversible air conditioning and a wood stove. The house features a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom with a 180 cm bed (or two 90 cm beds), a bathroom, and separate toilets. Bed linen and towels are included.



A second bedroom can be opened for 1 or 2 additional guests on request (two 90 cm beds, not adjoining).



Cleaning is optional, but you must tidy the accommodation before departure. A cleaning deposit is required at check-in and will be used in case of excessive dirt.



Subject to conditions for the first morning, we provide everything you need for breakfast: coffee, tea, milk, hot chocolate, orange juice, bread, butter, jams, as well as cold cuts, cheese, and a pastry.



The pool is shared with another rental and the owners. It is open daily from 9:30 to 11:30 and from 15:30 to 18:30, and is not allowed for unaccompanied minors. Closed from November to May.



Just 10 minutes from the charming town of Barjac, you’ll also be close to major attractions such as the Ardèche Gorges, Chauvet Cave, Vallon Pont d’Arc, the villages of Montclus and Aiguèze, and at the heart of the Ardèche vineyards and the markets of Les Vans and Barjac.



There are two other cottages on the property, accommodating up to 11 people in total—ideal for family or friends’ gatherings. Enjoy your privacy while sharing convivial moments as you wish. Sightseeing, relaxation, sports, and tastings: the perfect holiday mix.

Une belle découverte

Pros: Nous avons passé un super séjour le cadre est calme un écrin de nature époustouflant. Accueil chaleureux de Nicole et Richard avec beaucoup de bonnes adresses qu’ils nous ont partagé . Nicole était toujours aux petits soins si nous avions des besoins . Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir .

Nicole nous a très bien accueilli, la communication était fluide et elle nous a meme conseillé des visites à faire autour. Le gite est comme sur les photos, spacieux, calme, bien équipé.
