Bethany Beach 3BR Townhome - Pool & Tennis - Walkable To Downtown!

Great listing in prime Bethany Beach location!

This lovely 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom town home is only 1/2 mile to the beach. It's an easy walk, bike ride or you can take the Bethany open-air Trolley for just a quarter. A two minute walk will bring you to the pool, tennis court, pickle ball and basketball areas. There's a small play area for children with swings for both toddlers and big kids.

The kitchen has fridge/freezer, dishwasher, ice maker and garbage disposal. There is a microwave oven, coffee machine. Dishes, table ware, glasses, pots and pans are at your disposal. There is also a washer/dryer in the house.

The dining area seats 6. In the living room there is a 32" TV with Roku box to login and access all your favorite Hulu, Amazon Prime and Netflix shows and there is wifi available throughout the house. The outdoor deck is furnished with a table and seating for 6 along with an outdoor closet with a few beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. There is also an outdoor shower available to clean up after a long day at the beach.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has 3 beds - 1 bunk bed 1 twin size bed. These two rooms share a full bath with shower/tub combination. There is a half bathroom on the first floor.

There is also a high chair and pack and play available for those with littles ones!

This town home is within walking distance of Grotto Pizza, Di Febo's restaurant, Di Febo's Market, Cocolo Sushi, Bethany Diner and Rita’s, Wawa and Liquor Store.

It was a good place. I would not be upset if I stayed there again. Being closer to beach would be better (but price is right). House needs: a grill, sharp knives, linens and towels (small expense that greatly helps guests, who can wash it all for you before they leave), stove upgrade (especially without a grill), new couch in living room. The place was clean, tidy, and a perfect fit for our family as we gathered to honor our mother’s wishes after her passing. It was also set up to be kid-friendly—our 2-year-old niece had a wonderful time! Unfortunately, all the evening rain brought out the mosquitoes, so we weren’t able to spend much time on the back porch. We utilized the trolley to its full potential and took it to and from the beach. Overall, we loved the place and hope to return next year!

Great location

This was a grear choice for our family. We walked to the beach and boardwalk. We enjoyed the pool and exploring the pond. Quick ride to Rehoboth boardwalk or upper end of Ocean City.

Great Neighborhood in Bethany Beach

We had a great time. The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood has a nice big pool and a beach trolley stop.
