WALKING DISTANCE TO BETHANY BEACH TOWN AND BEACH. Your peaceful getaway in charming Bethany Beach! A private, wooded in-town location on a non-thru street just blocks to the beach and the heart of downtown Bethany. A short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants, but tucked away for peace and quiet. The entire house was renovated with brand new kitchen. The first level offers a kitchen with island open to the dining area and spacious living room with fireplace as well as a laundry room and screened porch. The primary bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with a king size bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bath, and private balcony. There is an additional guest room with a queen bed and another bedroom with bunk beds and a lounge area perfect for the younger generation. After a fun-filled day at the beach, enjoy a meal or spend a relaxing afternoon lounging in the secluded screened porch off the back of the house. As advertised, host is extremely responsive. House was clean and kitchen was modern and great. We had two couples with 1 kid each, the kids room is great. You could have 5 kids in there and I think that room is the biggest. Very convenient to everything. Hot water! Not sure if it was just me but the water came out hot each shower. You lool at the HVAC system and you know its new and good. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was just as described. Clean house, perfect set up with an 11month old. Courtney accommodated early check in as well due to our schedule and traveling with my granddaughter. Short walk to beach and the shops, which we enjoyed doing every day. We will definitely return to this house!

Our stay was outstanding. Location was only a 10 minute walk to the beach and the area was very quiet. Check in was easy and the owner was excellent to deal with. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Bethany Beach!

Prime Bethany Location

We have been coming to Bethany Beach for almost 10 years and our family has simply outgrown our normal spot. We were extremely happy with the house, amenities, and location. Absolutely stellar communication from the owner during our stay. They resolved any issues at an incredible speed. We hope to return in future years!

The perfect get away

This was the perfect get away. We were able to ride all over Delmarva. The owner was very responsive when we had questions!The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for cooking . We are very excited to come back in September. Its already booked!!!!

Family with adult kids loved the house!

It is nice cozy house! We enjoyed biking to the beach with the beach chairs that were provided. They were easy to carry on our back while riding the bike! The bunk room is hard to navigate with grown children ( top bunk is not available for anyone over 100 pounds) but it worked out well. Screen porch in back is very comfy . Spent time there on rainy days! Everything in the kitchen works great as well As the laundry!

I wouldn't stay again

House is about a 10-15 min walk from beach (longer with kids). It is big and in a nice neighborhood. Nothing about it made us feel cozy. Needs some rearranging. *There was stains on the king comforter (blood?) so I removed it and let the owner know. They offered to have a new one delivered but I never heard back from them. The mattress protectors were covered in hair. You will want to bring extra bedding! The bath mats were not washed from previous guests, the floors were not clean, and there was some garbage in nooks and crannies throughout the house. The house was cleaner when I left than when I arrived, so I resent having to pay a cleaning fee.

Beach Week

Everything was wonderful! We enjoyed everything except the check in process: we were given the wrong house keys at the office. We had to call the office to bring the right keys. The person from the office came but again with the wrong set of keys.
