Coastal Retreat at Sea Del Community: 5 Bedroom Sanctuary Steps from the Beach! Dog Friendly, WIFI, Tennis, Spacious Outdoor Seating!

Welcome to your next beach retreat, located in the private, gated Sea Del community, just a short walk to the sand. This home is pet-friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250 for each dog, maximum 2 dogs allowed.

All five bedrooms are located upstairs. Bedroom #1 offers a king bed, while Bedroom #2 has two bunk beds with trundles. Bedroom #3 features a queen bed, and Bedrooms #4 and #5 each offer king beds. The first floor includes office space with a desk and a sofa bed, adding flexibility for those who may need to catch up on work or host an extra guest. The well-equipped kitchen and spacious dining area make group meals a breeze, with additional seating at the kitchen island.

Outside, a large, enclosed deck provides a welcoming space for the whole group to enjoy meals or spend time together. There's also an open deck that's perfect for morning coffee, letting you soak in the sounds of the waves nearby. A gas grill is available for guest's use, as well as an outdoor shower.

Guests also have access to Sea Del's community tennis court, which can be reserved online for added fun. Additionally, this home is a short drive to downtown Bethany Beach with great restaurants, shopping and more.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

Overall, a beautiful house in a beautiful community. The decked walkway from the house to the beach was unbeatable! The private beach was wonderful with very attentive lifeguards. The screen porch was huge and so nice to have. The house had everything we needed to live, cook, sleep, etc. Outdoor shower and bathroom was very useful and well maintained. The only major downfall was that the HVAC system could not regulate the bedroom temperatures equally. The bedrooms would randomly fluctuate from 64 degrees to 84 degrees which made it very hard for everyone- babies to adults, to sleep. The property manager was very responsive and assured us that the systems themselves were working properly. However, the duct work or dampers obviously need some repair.
