Lime Crush...Sweet studio apartment a 1/2 block to a private beach.

Our place on Bay Road is nestled between the ocean and the bay. It is a unique retro beach home. There are three apartments with three separate entrances. You can rent one side or all three if you are vacationing with friends or extended family. We are a half block to a private Beach. There are refreshing outside showers to use after a fun filled day at the beach. The backyard has a gas grill that goes perfectly with the outside kitchen. This is our family beach home and our children grew up spending their summers on Bay Road. It is a very special place to us and I'm sure you will love it too.

Tower Shores is a great private beach community and this was a very clean and well kept property. I would not recommend this place for light sleepers. The Lime Crush studio is located on the ground floor, directly under 2 other condo units. There is a pipe that runs through the apartment (directly over the bed) and awoke me and my spouse every time an occupant upstairs flushed, showered, or ran water. Additionally, you can hear above occupants walking/running around the house.

it was easy to access and find. the owner was responsive to my questions and very nice. the unit was clean. my only complaint is that it was very noisy with the pipes above the bed and pretty constant walking/running from upstairs occupants, but that's just the classic downfall of a bottom unit. it didn't feel particularly peaceful, but is a nice enough spot to crash at the end of the day.

Perfect little studio for what we needed! About 1-2 blocks (about a 4 min walk) to the beach depending on where you want to enter. Lovely backyard and sitting area. The outdoor showers and kitchen are a neat option. Laundry is outside but wasn’t a problem. The only thing I would change is the musty smell but the owners replied right away to that feedback and are working on a dehumidifier and air purifier.

Perfection in a small package

Great location. Plopped right between the beach and matts fish camp. Definitely a smaller place but it is perfect for a 2 people or a small family of 4 if you have young children. Extremely well thought out layout and very nice finishes. Great amenities as well as far as the outdoor shower and laundry. If you plan on spending most of your stay out and about or at the beach then I highly recommend this place. Communication with owner was great even though there a couple small misunderstandings (that were worked out). The only thing this place absolutely needs is a dehumidifier...It is a must. I have a hat that changes colors when it's wet and it would change colors the second I walked into the unit. Very small/easy fix. Overall great experience and definitely look forward to booking next summer

Wonderful studio apt, close to beach

This cozy apartment had all the essentials and was spotlessly clean. The beach theme and decor are tasteful and playful without being over the top. Karen was wonderful to work with! The location was great - it was so nice to be able to stroll to the beach instead of getting in the car. The neighborhood was quiet, and we enjoyed Matt's Fish Camp, just steps away, several times. The only unexpected aspect is the plumbing pipes for the upstairs units are right over the bed - we heard all the shower/toilet noise. But that was a minor detail and didn't impact us overly much. We will definitely come back!

Beach literally just steps away

My stay was flawless! Owner made process very easy from start to end. Unit is cute, clean and comfortable. Location is very convenient with the beach literally just steps away, I was able to go for a walk any time of the day. I also enjoyed riding my bike to the Indian River Inlet. The views and sunsets from the Memorial bridge are amazing. I definitely recommend this place and will book it again!

Perfect place for 2. Mere yards to private beach and wonderful seafood restaurant. Very quiet but friendly neighborhood. Close enough to downtown Bethany but far enough for quiet. Will rent again.
