We love Sea Colony Edgewater House & have stayed at several units there. Edgewater House seems to be the only building with sliding glass doors to the master bedroom on 2 bedroom units that's why we like it there.
It is a quiet community but convenient to a lot of things; Bethany Boardwalk; Rehoboth Boardwalk; Ocean City Boardwalk; Assateague Island & the wild horses; Berlin MD (which is a cute little must see town) and so much more.
The unit is as portrayed on the site. Open & spacious. With all the amenities needed. Right by the elevator which was a plus.
We only ran into 2 issues; 1) we weren't giving our reserved parking spot # when checked in & when we called they said we didn't have one so we double checked with the security guard and he tracked it down for us. 2) we called about our AC filter needing changed (we were a little worried) & they never showed while we were there.
But all in all had a great relaxing time.
