This fantastic escapade has been recently updated and painted and offers impressive vistas, an inviting living room, a dining area, an updated full hallway bath, and three bedrooms, including the main suite. Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this resort condominium features a well-equipped kitchen, including a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a complete complement of utensils and cookware. Central air conditioning, washer/dryer, and more. Accessible without stairs. Three TVs, two DVDs, two Blu-rays, and WiFi.
Things to Know Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Vacasa makes everything super easy which is most appreciated, but this unit was not clean and amenities were a bit worn. Management responded quickly and appropriately to our concerns. We would definitely go back to Sea Colony but would not stay at 301 Farragut again.
The location was perfect! However, we found the condo to be very dirty!!! Sand everywhere, dirty towels and sheets. The floor was filthy! Furniture was broken and the sliding door with the view was dirty and had moisture inside , hindering the view. The door was also impossible to open.
The property was clean and well maintained. There were a lot of activities on site for all ages. Had all the amenities I could have wanted. Staff and security were very friendly there is even a coffee shop in one of the buildings. Lots of dining options are within walking distance. Of course the view is fantastic. Ocean City, MD is less than 10 miles away and Bethany has a cute boardwalk area with shops and restaurants.
I paid extra for the linen package and it was worth every penny. They provided a set of towels for each guest and the linens were already on the bed. Saved me time setting up so we could get right to enjoying our vacation. I recommend the particular condo we stayed in. Clean, everything in working order. But I also highly recommend Sea Colony in general. We will be back.
