Great place to stay overall

Our family really enjoys Sea Colony places for the all the amenities and ease of getting around on the tram. This site has a great location and overlooks a lake from the deck. The listing doesn't say there is a double-bed in the 2nd bedroom. Also the loft and side-room with the twin beds all get LOTS of sun in the morning so don't expect anyone to sleep in that much. Owners could put up a curtain for the side-room which would help. Also they were unclear whether we could access the storage closet for beach chairs (3), umbrella, and wagon. They ended up getting us the key so we could use the beach supplies, but not until the last day of our 4-day stay.
