With an open floor plan, updated kitchen and bathrooms, and plenty of room to spread out, it’s ideal for families and groups traveling together. The ground level includes three bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a laundry area, while the main floor offers two additional bedrooms and another bathroom.
Enjoy time outdoors on the screened porch with picnic table, sunny deck, or rinse off after the beach in the enclosed outdoor shower. The home is dog-friendly for up to two dogs, so your furry family members can join in the fun (deposit and cleaning fee apply).
Sleeping arrangements include four bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with two twins, comfortably accommodating up to ten guests.
The updated kitchen includes a microwave, toaster oven, blender, standard coffee maker, Keurig, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. Guests also have access to an iron and ironing board.
Entertainment includes three smart TVs with streaming access (Firestick provided) and Wi-Fi throughout the home. Beach gear is available and may include six bikes, six beach chairs, two umbrellas, and toys, though these items are not guaranteed.
This is a non-smoking home. The fireplace is not for guest use. Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. Linens and towels are available for $230. Parking is available for up to six vehicles. Saturday to Saturday rentals are required from June 17 to August 26, with flexible booking dates outside of that range. Guests must be 25 or older to rent. Additional taxes and fees may apply.
Located in peaceful South Bethany, this home is walking distance to a private beach and a short bike ride to downtown Bethany, restaurants, and shops.
What if I have to cancel?
In the event Guest requests cancellation of this Agreement for any reason, Broker will undertake reasonable efforts to re-rent the Property. Guest must make the request for cancellation in writing to the attention of Broker. If the Property is rented to a third party for the same amount, the gross rent will be returned to the defaulting Guest less 15% of the gross rent, plus a processing fee. If the Property is rented for less, Guest shall be responsible for the difference. If the Property is not rented to a third party, then the defaulting Guest will remain responsible for the entire rental amount.
