Room seemed outdated and the bathroom did not seem like it was well kept. For the price, you would expect more. The bathroom had soap, shampoo and conditioner. No lotion or other toiletries that you've come to expect in hotels.

Arrived to room and found the toilet clogged. Next morning the same issue. It took an hour for them to respond. Maintenance attempted clean out and said it was cleaned out. Same clogged toilet 10 minutes later. The room looked as if they cleaned up the shower, bed and by the look of the dust by the side of the bed they did not vacuum.

Check in was easy, friendly and efficient. Parking was ok and location is very nice and easy to drive to. Chose a North Tower Deluxe room for the non-smoking aspect. Room was very nice, beds comfortable, temperature easily and quietly controlled. Casino had a great selection of games with some fun old games I’ve not seen in awhile as well as the newer games.

All and all good time

Was a good experience, a little disappointed that I was in contact with hotel many days ahead of time to switch rooms from smoking to non-smoking they didn't get back to me again and rooms were gone. I had to keep trying to get ahold of them and the room was given away.

There were people talking and acting up at 3:30 am!! I even put in ear plugs to try and sleep. In addition, I could change the TV channels very, very slowly. (I pressed the channel selections on the menu and after a 30 second delay it would move one channel at a time.) All in all, a very mediocre experience, and that is being kind. We do not intend on ever going back.

Staff at check-in desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Casino staff not as friendly and waitresses few and far between. Had to walk to bar to get own drinks. Hostess staff at player services not very helpful
