Overall this is a fairly good value considering the price of hotel rooms today. The room was clean and comfortable, conveniently located for our travel and we paid at least $50 less than a comparable chain. The TV went thru a 35-40 setup process with DirecTv which was annoying but it worked fine once completed. I assume it had never been set up and it would have been nice if the hotel would have completed this prior to any guests stay. There are soaps and shampoos in the shower which is nice, but the body wash was completely empty so again, would have preferred the hotel had better prepared this room before our stay. Not sure I would stay at a SureStay anywhere else, but this one was OK.

We got dirty room with stains bed sheets, mold on shower curtain and poop on the toilet seat. 8:15 and no more warm food ( I don’t even know what supposed to be in the heater, probably sausage and eggs) smell in this hotel was terrible- like old moldy church. We checked out day ealier and manager said that he is sending money back and will be on my account in 3 business days and it’s been 10 business days and no money. When I called there he tried to lie to me that he is not the man who was there.. I remember his voice so good!!!

DON’T STAY HERE

Don’t stay here!! Place should be closed!! Bed bugs in multiple rooms and now many people are fighting for a refund. We had to leave hotel at 11pm after discovering the bugs.

Bugs!

The pictures online were deceptive. The hotel had a foul odor, was unclean, there were multiple yellow and dark stains on the bed and BUGS in the bed. We left as soon as we realized there were bugs, but not before our luggage had been exposed to the building for several hours while we were gone. I am disappointed in the hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. It was difficult to get a refund. I never leave reviews but I would not want another family to endure the stress we did.

Not happy about breakfast advertised a breakfast buffet at 6am it was barely a continental breakfast at 6:15 on the first day I asked the guy playing on his phone about breakfast and he said oh ya I’ll get it in a minute then brought out 2 apples a little bit of cold cereal and milk, some packaged muffins and 4 pieces of bread for toast I will be in this area at least 5 times a year for the next 4 years for work I have already booked my next stay at a different place

The pool was down. I brought a basketball team of junior high kids. Would've been helpful to know that there wasn't going to be a pool. The fitness room had two cardio machines, again, not much help. The vending machines didn't and hadn't worked in a long time. The bottled water had turned yellowish brown. The highlight of breakfast was a pancake maker, that made one pancake before it quit working as well. The rooms themselves were not to bad, but the lack of any thing else was really irritating.

1) When we checked in, the bathroom adjacent to the desk had toilet paper all over the floor. Very messy. 2) There was a leak in our bathroom from the overhead vent. 3) Breakfast. Served from 6:00 - 9:00. We got there around 8:30. Pancakes were like rubber. Juice and yogurt were in a plastic container with no ice, so warm and probably sitting out for 2:30 hours. Milk was not cold, so afraid to use it on cereal. Hot chocolate maker produced hot chocolate that tasted like coffee. Tea bags were dirty as something was spilt on them. Sink had no water to wash down hot chocolate we poured out. Top of garbage can was filthy. Trash on floor.
