The kitchen and dining area is flooded with natural light from the bi-fold doors which lead out onto the enclosed rear courtyard and a roof lantern which is ideally situated over the central island which provides additional seating for an early morning chat, or a quick lunch before heading out for the afternoon. The sleek modern kitchen offers plenty of work top space for preparing delicious home cooked meals which can be enjoyed at the dining table before retiring to the comfortable seating area. The underfloor heating provides a cosy ambience to snuggle up on the large sofas on an evening in front the large smart TV. Also on the ground floor you will find a house bathroom with both bath and shower options and a beautifully presented zip and link double room, a perfect addition for those who wish to avoid stairs. Two beautifully presented kingsize double bedrooms, with feature beds can be found on the first floor. Decorated in neutral tones and with soft furnishings these rooms are sure to delight. These rooms share a jack and jill style en-suite shower room. Outside is an enclosed courtyard with seating and a hot tub. Here you can sit and relax with a glass of fizz whilst listening to the bells ringing from Beverley’s 13th century Minster. A holiday in Beverly is well worth it!
The town is well known for it’s many independent shops, lively market and thriving music scene. To the edge of the town centre is Beverley Racecourse which hosts fixturesy throughout the summer months. For a relaxing walk or game of golf look no further than Westwood; a large expanse of woodland and grass pastures where locals gather to enjoy the beautiful views and fresh air! Beverly is easily accessible by both bus and trains, but if you choose to arrive by car this property benefits from off street parking. A little further afield are the traditional seaside towns of Hornsea, Bridlington and Scarborough and both York and the North Yorkshire Moors National Park are also under an hour away. Regent Cottage really is a home away from home. Beach 13 miles.
