Everything easy no hassle at all made to feel welcome with my dogs. The only thing I didn’t like was the expensive rib eye steak Definately not worth the cost it was like a bar meal so next time we stay shall be looking for a steak restaurant. Other than that I would Definately recommend.

Friendly and professional staff which is always welcome. Our room had an issue with the shower and we were promptly and courteously given a new room. A super location and they have got everything just right here. The only slight disappointment was the confusion with breakfast orders on the second morning which affected all guests and nearly made us late. The staff dealt with it all very well however.

My 60th at the Beverly Arms

Our 1st stay, we were very pleased with the whole experience, it was lovely… only negative & its a slight one, the service was slow at breakfast & the bar, but not a major concern

Small Rooms, Small Bed.

The hotel is fantastic, the restaurant ace, the food great. But we had the room for a stay for a friends wedding and the room is tiny, barely any room to get ready and hang clothes. As soon as I booked a “double room” I received an email saying it was actually a 3/4 bed… not a double. The bathroom was also small resulting in water getting everywhere from the shower. For the price the rooms are not big enough. Everything else, fantastic!

Second time here and just as good as the first, very good condition, extremely comfortable room and bed and rear facing bedroom is quiet. Breakfast was OK but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Hotel couldnt be located in a better position for access to the town and plenty of on-site parking.

Fabulous location in the centre of town and within a short walk of the Minster. Beautiful and quirky decorated bar and restaurant. Excellent breakfast. Rooms are a good size and the furnishings are tip top. Best of all though, the staff are Fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Didn't want to come home

The room was extremely clean and comfortable. All our needs were provided eg coffee machine, types of tea, biscuits, toiletries etc. The provision of an iron in the room was helpful. A very thoughtful gesture was a carrier bag left on our door containing drinks and toiletries as we had asked that our room not be cleaned one day. The only small issue we had was with the food
