A detached property with private hot tub, this house is ideally suited for a group of friends or family to come together and celebrate. Step inside and the heart of this holiday home is the open plan living space, decorated in neutral tones and flooded with natural light from two sets of doors leading out to the enclosed garden and a roof lantern above the dining area. The large seating area offers a selection of deep filled wrap around sofas which are ideally placed to enjoy an evening in front of the Smart TV. The immaculate kitchen sits to one side and offers an array of appliances to make your stay an easy one. Take a seat at the central island and enjoy a morning coffee, or perhaps partake in a glass of wine whilst watching the chef in the group prepare a delicious home cooked evening meal which can be enjoyed at the large dining table. A small utility room with washing machine and separate toilet complete the ground floor facilities.
During the summer months throw open the doors and enjoy the enclosed garden and patio. The garden furniture is well placed to make the most of the mid-day sun, and a large private hot tub will provide the ultimate place for a relaxing dip. Cheviot has four bedrooms for you to choose from, two being en-suite. All bedrooms are beautifully presented with luxury soft furnishings and plenty of storage. The accommodation is completed with a house bathroom.
The village of Walkington has everything you will need from a selection of village pubs serving great food and real ale, to a local convenience store. A short drive will bring you to the neighbouring town of Beverley. Here you can enjoy a day at Beverley Races, explore the open green space of Westwood, spend the day exploring the cobbled streets and the plethora of independent shops and restaurants. Beverley is also well known for its thriving music scene in the evening. A little further afield are the traditional seaside towns of Hornsea and Filey, perfect for a day at the beach and a fish and chip supper.
