Halte correcte pour la chambre, pas pour les repas

Nous n'avons pas pu dîner à notre arrivée puisque le gérant nous a signalé de revenir beaucoup plus tard... ceci dit, devant moi, la serveuse a accepté une famille qui n'avait pas réservé !!! Et côté chambre, pas une seule serviette dans la SDB sinon le tapis de sol.. Nous avons attendu puisqu'on devait nous en apporter...il a fallu aller les chercher nous-mêmes. En principe, nous apprécions les haltes chez Campanile,mais là, grosse déception. Nous avons également occulté le petit déjeuner à cause d'un tarif vraiment élevé !

Bonjour je n'ai pas été satisfaite de cet hôtel, étant moi-même femme de chambre je peux vous garantir que la chambre n'était pas propre du tout. Quelques travaux sont à prévoir comme des joints de la baignoire ou autre. Cet hôtel ne vaut pas le prix qu'il propose que ce soit en hors saison ou en pleine saison. Il n'y a même pas de VMC en cas d'incendie.
