Good place

Great place to stay. There is a great restaurant there too, serving Mediterranean food and frequented by a very good crowd. Breakfast is good and so is the dinner buffet. Rooms are ample and air conditioning is good. But hot water is a problem. Every time you need to bathe you need to call the housekeeping and they come and do something. There is nothing close by, it is little far away from the main part of the city.

Top knotch service, beautiful place

This hotel is located outside Bhopal city center, which might be minus for someone, but it has superb service, clean rooms, good/varied options of food and beautiful gardens inside the compound (if you're looking for a peace far away from any traffic etc.). The only minus is sometimes a bit bad air quality in the rooms because the building is old/ac-system is old. Also the different room rating/definition should be added to the hotels.com-site since now you cannot tell, which kind of room you're booking (and the room types vary quite a lot). Also all the things written in the room descriptions are not fully accurate (fire place, balcony etc.). But in any case, this place is totally worth recommending!

Service vom Feinsten

Insgesamt sehr angenehm, interessant und erholsam. Allerdings sind SpaziergĂ€nge an der frischen Luft fast unmöglich. (Es gibt fast keine Fußwege in der Stadt.) Die wichtigsten SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten - und das sind viele - sind aber mit dem Threewheeler oder dem Hotelauto problemlos zu erreichen. Wer dem eigentĂŒmlichen Charme einer indischen Großstadt mit dem Freizeitwert einer indischen Kleinstatdt umgehen will, bleibt besser im Hotel; andere besuchen z. B. das State Museum und das Museum of Man - beide Museen sind von höchsten Niveau - oder erkunden die vielen prĂ€historischen Fels-Malereien auf dem Lande z. B. im Distrikt Raisen oder Distrikt Sehore. Das Travel Desk im Hotel hilft sicher weiter.

A great place to stay in Bhopal

A beautiful palace hotel in a pleasant location in Bhopal. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, and the food was good. My only gripe is that the Expedia itinerary clearly stated that free Airport shuttle was included, but the hotel management would not honour this.

Jehannuma Palace

We got a room- it was cringy and small when we stayed for a day. Same day we asked Hotel to change the next day which was Sunday. Hotel response that they were overbooked on Sunday and in fact running minus (rooms), was untenable - next day Hotel was only reasonably full. The Hotel agreed a free upgrade. Support staff good, food excellent, surrounds OK. The upgraded room too falls much below expectation for regulars like me in star hotels for business ! Room comfort is very poor but rest all good. Slog it out. Travel Desk very efficient. Dont worry about vehicles in Bhopal which normally you are when need to Hire in Bhopal. Overall - NO CHOICE in Bhopal, so go to Jehannuma Sheraton one out and in old city.

Jehan Numa palace in Bhopal

Beautiful hotel that we recommend to anybody. Very charming and helpful staff, very nice and elegant room and delicious and varied food at the buffet either for breakfast or dinner. We recommend this hotel.

Hotel costoso e pessimo

E' un palazzo stile marajĂ  adibito ad hotel. Qui di seguito gli aspetti negativi riscontrati: - Niente ascensore, si sale a piedi ma per fortuna ha solo un piano. - Alla camera si accede direttamente da una corte all'aperto. - Camera fredda ed umida, piuttosto sporca, zanzare sia in camera che in bagno, minibar completamente vuoto - Zona circostante completamente buia ed isolata - Prezzo assolutamente eccessivo in rapporto alle condizioni dell'hotel
