Stay in our charming and cozy apartment in the heart of Biarritz! This is the perfect home base for your adventures - just 400m from the beach and with the best shops, restaurants, and attractions right outside your door. Venture out of town and experience the beauty of the Basque region. At the end of a wonderful day, return to our fully-equipped 31 to 45 m2 apartment located in a recently-built residence. Our space comfortably accommodates 2 guests but can sleep up to 4!

Drift to sleep in the 1 BEDROOM with 2 Single beds. The living area features a Sofa bed for 2 additional guests. We'll provide you with bed linen and beds can be made on arrival for €30 to €50.

Get ready for your day in the 1 BATHROOM with towels included. A change of linen may be provided for €8.

Sit back and relax in our cozy LIVING AREA with Air-Conditioning! Curl up on the sofa and catch your favorite French shows or movies on the TV. Reconnect with loved ones back home using the FREE Wi-Fi. Our unit may feature a balcony or terrace - please do let us know if you have a preference!

Prepare meals in the KITCHENETTE with a stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and a complement of kitchenware and utensils. Share meals and laughs at the dining table with seating.

Our guests enjoy access to a number of wonderful services and amenities at the Résidence Patios Eugénie, where our apartment is conveniently located. Dive into the lovely outdoor pool in the summer (open from May to September, weather permitting) before warming up in the shared indoor Hot Tub. Bike storage and paid laundry facilities are available on-site, along with a paid breakfast service for you to start your day off right! Our guests enjoy 1 FREE Sauna or Hammam session per apartment per week, and additional sessions cost €8/session or €39 for 6 sessions.

Underground parking is available on-site for your convenience (max. headroom: 1.90m) for €9/night or €49 for 6+ nights (subject to availability). If you'd like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for an additional charge of **€7/night** (max. 2 pets).

At check-in, you will receive a unit of the same type as shown in this listing, complete with the advertised size and number of rooms, but the actual decor in the unit, view, and furniture layout may differ. You will have access to all amenities advertised!

Upon arrival, please note that a small daily tourist tax of €0.50 to €3 per person will be collected, along with a €400 damage deposit. Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure, or an end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchenette) will be provided for €39 to €69.

There are a number of wonderful things to do in Biarritz! During your stay, be sure to grab a delicious pastry from Aux Délices Saint Charles, just a short walk away. After a great day at the Grande Plage, head to the restaurant Le Bouchon Biarrot for a tasty meal. During your stay, we recommend taking a drive to visit Anglet, Bayonne, and Saint-Jean-de-Luz.
