The apartment was perfect! Exactly as advertised with a phenomenal view of the Grande Plage, a three minute walk to Les Halle, and otherwise just perfectly located for food, shopping, and seeing all of the sites along the coast of Biarritz. It was the perfect amount of space for a couple and the kitchen was well outfitted for a bit of cooking.

Bonjour, le studio est vĂ©tuste, sans entretien, pas trĂšs propre ( cheveux au sol SDB, vaisselles disparates et mal entretenue, etc...) un clic-clac fait office de lit le long du mur, couette trop petite pour 2 personnes, table instable, kitchenette avec tabatiĂšre hors d'usage et corrodĂ©e, comme pour celle de la SDB, baignoire haute encastrĂ©e avec poutre au tiers de la longueur, robinetterie hors d'age, volet roulant Ă  ne pas utiliser, selon les recommandations de la propriĂ©taire, accĂšs escaliers par 7 marches extĂ©rieures et 40 marches hautes, irrĂ©guliĂšres et inclinĂ©es pour une des 4 volĂ©es. A ne pas recommander pour ces nombreuses et autres raisons. Etant PMR et cardiaque, ce fĂ»t un calvaire pour monter l'escalier, mon Ă©pouse s'est luxĂ©e le genou en descendant, avec une marche inclinĂ©e et haute. La porte d'entrĂ©e est trĂšs difficile Ă  ouvrir, rĂ©glage du ferme porte Ă  effectuer. Il serait indispensable de rĂ©nover ce logement ou de le soustraire de la mise en location. Serviettes et draps trĂšs rĂȘches et beaucoup d'autres points nĂ©gatifs. Sommes extrĂȘmement déçus et dĂ©plorons que ce logement soit sur le site ABRITEL, Il n'y a pas sa place. Merci pour votre attention et les suites Ă  donner afin d'amĂ©liorer cette location pour les futurs usagers. DĂ©solĂ© d'une telle situation. Bien cordialement, Jacques BEAUFILS

Boendet ligger inte riktigt dÀr det ser ut att ligga pÄ kartan. Det stÄr att parkering Àr tillgÀnglig, men det verkar betyda att det finns betalparkering pÄ gatan, vilket var vÀldigt svÄrt att lösa. Vi fick parkera 10 minuters promenad bort. VÀrden Madeleine var mycket trevlig och hjÀlpsam, men pratar bara franska. LÀgenheten Àr mysig och ligger vÀldigt centralt, men Àr enkel. TvÀttmaskinen fungerade inte, bÀddsoffan gick sönder och vissa eluttag satt inte fast i vÀggen. Det lÄter ganska illa men lÀgenheten Àr vÀldigt mysig ÀndÄ.

Appartement situĂ© au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage dans un immeuble ancien composĂ© d'une cuisine avec Ă©quipement, une piĂšce principale, salle d'eau wc et penderies. Convient pour couple couchage un clic clac et peut-ĂȘtre pour un ou deux enfants couchages en mezzanine. En plein centre ville tous commerces Ă  5 minutes a pied (halles alimentaires produits rĂ©gionaux, poissons, Carrefour City Ă  cotĂ© ) proche plage pas besoin voiture pas de parking sur place. TrĂšs bon rĂ©seaux de bus.

Perfect location with sea view

We were very happy to stay in this cosy apartment. The host was really flexible in check in/out times and very welcoming. Location was perfect, near to the Grand Plage and in the centre of Biarritz. Apartment was well equipped (especially the kitchen). We would definitely recommend this stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back here.
