The main level welcomes you with a spacious living and dining room of 45 m2, complete with a flat screen satellite TV and air conditioning, as well as direct access to a 12 m2 roofed terrace furnished with terrace furniture and offering a distant view of the sea. Adjacent to the living area, an open kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering stays. This level also features a shower room with WC.

On the lower ground floor, you will find 1 bedroom furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a dedicated shower room with WC.
