Surrounded by beautiful rolling hills and magnificent scenery, the rugged beauty of Bucks Mills and Peppercombe beaches are just 8 miles away, whilst Westward Ho!, 10 miles, is popular with surfers and renowned for its beauty and 2 miles of sandy beach known as the Golden Bay. The delightful port town of Bideford, 10 miles, has a good selection of town amenities, restaurants and a weekly market. Take a boat trip to the nature reserve at Lundy Island or explore many pretty fishing villages including nearby Clovelly, Instow and Appledore.
Walkers can join the coastal path or why not cycle or walk the famous Tarka Trail?
