This family beach house boasts a 5 minute level walk across Northam Burrows to Westward Ho!beach, popular for surfing and watching the sunset. Local facilities and public transport links in Westward Ho! are a short level walk away and the South West coast path can be accessed easily from the property. Surrounding the property is a large sunny garden which benefits from sun throughout the day and evening. The downstairs comprises of a large kitchen diner with patio doors leading out to the back garden. The lounge also leads to the garden where there is seating for alfresco dining and relaxing as well as a table tennis table and a barbecue. A shower room and one double bedroom are also downstairs. Upstairs is a bathroom with bath and shower, one double bedroom and one super king size bedroom. Views over the sea and surrounding area can be seen from the upstairs windows. A great house for exploring North Devon and it's coast.
