Molesworth Barn at High Park, Indoor Pool

This spacious 1 bedroom 1 story Barn has recently been converted transforming it into an ideal luxurious relaxing getaway for couples. The Barns at High Park were originally built in the late 1800's and are situated in the heart of the North Devon coastline. It offers easy access to beaches, moors, coastal path walks, cycle paths, golf courses, horticultural gardens, children friendly fun parks, and many other traditional outdoor and indoor recreational activities for those seeking a truly relaxing, yet active, break away from the stresses of day-to-day life.

High Park Barns has a secure, purpose-built 1 acre dog exercise field located on site. Designed with safety, freedom, and fun in mind, our fully enclosed field, with 1.8m high fencing, offers dogs the perfect space to run, play, and train off-lead in a safe and private environment. The dog field is open daily in the morning and evening for staying guests at no cost. Additional time can be booked during the day.

The barn is situated with 14 acres of private land. Within the grounds is a shared indoor swimming pool and hot-tub, and large natural lake featuring stunning vegetation and decked terrace.

This barn features a solid oak super king bed in the master bedroom, all new solid oak furniture, airconditioning, leather sofas, LED lighting and underfloor heating.

The barn has access to four 7.2kW electric vehicle (EV) destination chargers.

The barn is dog friendly, and you are welcome to bring them at ÂŁ25 per dog per week or part thereof.

Wonderful accommodation in great location

The property was perfect for a couple and dog. Close to amenities and beaches, but also rural with lovely views. The barn has been converted to a high spec, with modern fixtures and fittings, and plenty of room to spread out. The pool is an added bonus. Everything was sparkling clean and communication over directions and check in was clear and easy.

A relaxing break

Our host was very accommodating and the Barn was extremely well equipped. We couldn't think of anything that was missing, including recliner chairs and a wonderfully comfortable bed. There was plenty of hot water and a very comfortable bath.A welcoming cream tea was a real treat. Covid procedures were well prepared and documented. Thankyou.

Great place to stay to explore North Devon.

We secured a last minute booking and couldn't have been more pleased with our choice. The barn conversion was impressive, with access to an indoor heated swimming pool, in secluded grounds with other similar properties yet only minutes from supermarkets and a number of great places to eat out. Anne-Louise was charming and welcoming and took the time to show us around the various parts of the property. Our two dogs had a great time with loads of space to explore safely. We thoroughly recommend High Park Barns. Thanks to Anne-Louise and Paul.

Fabulous place to stay

The location and position was lovely and easy to find. There are a collection of barns and lets, together with the owner's main house, set in beautiful grounds. There is plenty of parking and space to wander round and all very secure within gated grounds. Our barn (molesworth barn) was gorgeous - everything was to a very high standard with lots of lovely details. The owners were fab - lovely people and very helpful. Upon arrival we were greeted with freshly made scones (still warm), jam, clotted cream, milk and a bottle of wine. There were slippers and bottles of water by the bed. And lots of items were provided in the kitchen and bathroom - all high spec. The swimming pool and hot tub are fabulous and very near to the cottages so just great to get up and wander round the corner for a swim. We took our dog and he was one very happy boy - everywhere on site is dog friendly, also including the local beaches and the local pub . We will definitely come back again and I would recommend High Park to everyone. Absolutely fabulous 👍😀😀😀
