The staff are terrible no customer services at all no wifi in the room when ever I stay they told me only sorry I don’t recommend at all staff are horrible they don’t have any understand about the customer requirement it’s worse then a buffet hotel

Posted Nov. 30, 2023 on HotelsRooms were quite basic , no kettle , 1 towel , but the bed was comfy and the bathroom floor heated .
Trams on my side of the hotel were noisy , and no breakfast available due to ‘ sickness’

The room is clean & of good size. But we wish that they would provide for safe deposit box, coffee maker & small refrigerator. Or have free coffee in the lobby especially on a cold snowy day. The staff are cordial. The best asset of this hotel is the tram station which is just in front of it & the shopping center. Everything is just a few feet away.

Don’t stay in the corner rooms you will loose Wi-Fi as you enter the room. Great service.
