The Colorado Lodge is a psychedelic + supergalactic mountain retreat conceptualized and developed by a riotous crew of Echo Park architects and builders who share an affinity for raw plywood and howling at the moon.

Our camp of renovated nordic-style cabins are complete with Baltic Birch lined walls, angular tile , custom built cabinetry and shelving throughout. Located in the heart of Big Bear Lake, walking distance to the Village and just a few blocks from Snow Summit.

C4 is our newest cabin, renovated in Winter 2020. It comes complete with a full modern kitchen, brand new finishes and your own private jacuzzi on the rear redwood deck. This cabin`s master suite also features a clawfoot soaking tub overlooking a floor-to-ceiling window view of the forest—one could claim it’s the most Instagramable bathroom on the mountain.

We are located in a quiet neighborhood that’s not far from the lake, Snow Summit, and of course the village shops and restaurants. We recommend walking to the top of our road, and where it dead ends, continuing on up the hill to the walking trail. Go East for about 10 minutes and you`ll hit the base of Snow Summit where you can grab a Bloody Mary and watch the boarders or bikes fly down the hill. Go West 10 minutes and you`ll land right in the village. Across Big Bear blvd you can go down the driveway of The Pines restaurant and land a local dog beach. Amazing spot to catch the sunset.

Cabin is surrounded by many towering pine trees. Almost feels like you are lost in the forest while still being walking distance to the village shops and the lake.
*NO SMOKING (including marijuana) policy, you may be subject to a $150 non-refundable fee per incident*
-We allow pets for a $75 fee. If you bring one without paying or requesting, you will be asked to pay.
*Parties or Events must be approved with us before booking*
-Smoking allowed outside only. Please dispose of ashes in ashtray.
- No outdoor fires at all (restricted in the Mountain - city ordinance).
- Quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. Please respect the neighboring vacationers and full time home owners, thank you :-)
- Dishes: Renter to load and start prior to departure.
