Evergreen Retreat is a great place to stay if you like summer and winter sports on the mountain. This beautiful home is a single story with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths ,a beautiful spa and walking distance to Snow Summit!! FREE WIFI. The kitchen has everything you need including microwave and gas stove/grill. There is a casual dining table for 6 people with extra seating at the counter bar. The connecting living room area has a big wood burning fireplace, flat panel TV mounted high above the fireplace with high speed wireless internet. The master bedroom is spacious with a king size bed, personal full bath, a flat screen TV and has access out to the fenced back yard with deck and spa. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed. Bedroom three and four have twin over full bunk beds with pull out trundle sleeping 4 people in each room . Readily available for your use is the second full bath and laundry room available in hallway. This property sits on large treed lot with wooded privacy fencing. In the garage there is a ping pong table and foosball table. It is an easy walk to the Summit slopes, great for mountain biking & hiking in the summer, snow boarding and skiing in the winter. It is just minutes to the lake, The Village, Restaurants and shopping. There is ample level parking for 4 cars. This is a great price for a great home and location!

No loud parties after 10 pm Check-In requires confirmation of photo I.D. and signature of rental agreement. We will send you a text message the day prior to your arrival to the phone number you provided on your reservation. Check-In will be with a Check-In agent at our office located at Bear Valley Lock &Key 477 S Eureka Drive Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. The Check-In agent will give you entry instructions and answer any questions you may have about the property. No renters under the age 21. No smoking indoors. Deposit money is charged only if damage is reported. Firewood is not provided for guest use. Guests are required to take their trash to the clean Big Bear trash site. (address provided) If you leave trash at the property you will be charged per bag, trash fee. No beer, wine, lotions, grease, or dirt in the Jacuzzi/spa. If the spa is abused and water needs to be drained and filled you will be charged $75 drain and fill fee. Guest Services calls after 10 pm are for emergencies only. Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it. When available late checkout fee is $75, due after you check in at the property.

Rules to Vacation by
Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy.
NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly!
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite unless there are commercial trash bins at your property (condo).

Consequences
Unfortunately, a few of our guests refuse to extend common courtesy and neighborly behavior toward the guests and residents around them. For those guests who have come to party and disrupt the peace and tranquility of the neighborhoods, there are costly and severe consequences.
Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
