Was a great stay. Just some small repairs to be made for future visitors. Front door handle hard to open door. Also door from kitchen to garage hard to open. Great views and very close to town. Large home and a Short walk to Snow Summit

4 adults and one infant stayed 3/14/25 for three nights. Excellent location. Except for the kitchen, very dated, but clean. Suggested 3 showers, but I could only find two. Hot tub needed some care and upkeep. Bring your own hangers as there were none. Took a good while to warm from 55 degrees. Good for the price If not expecting much more for the nightly cost.

Worst experience ive ever had

Long story short somehow a glitch happemed with the app and it scheduled the wrong dates. I spent over 4 hours on the phone trying to get the dates mover or our money back. They did not care at all. Never made it to the cabin and they still had the audicity to send me check out instructions.

Great cabin experience

We recently spent a wonderful weekend at this charming cabin in Big Bear, and we couldn't be happier with our stay! The cabin's location was one of its standout features - we loved being able to walk to the village and grab coffee or dinner at one of the many restaurants. The cabin itself was also fantastic - it was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen and comfy living room. The owners were also very responsive and helpful, answering all our questions and providing great recommendations for things to do in the area. Overall, we highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Big Bear - we can't wait to come back and stay here again!"

Big Bear Birthday Weekend

My husband and I stayed at this property with 4 of our friends and 4 dogs for a birthday celebration. We had a great time and the place was exactly what we were hoping for. Each room was spacious and the smallest bed was a queen size. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. We were very comfortable there during our stay and would highly recommend it to our friends.

Fantastic house

Proximity to the Slope and Resort: The location couldn't have been better. It was incredibly convenient being so close to the slope and resort. We didn't waste any time commuting, which meant more time on the slopes! Clean Kitchen and Utensils: One of the highlights was definitely the kitchen. It was spotless and well-equipped with utensils. Cooking meals was a breeze, and we appreciated the attention to cleanliness. Amazing Play Area in the Garage: The play area in the garage was a hit! It provided a fun space for everyone, especially after a long day outdoors. It's a great addition for families or groups looking for some extra entertainment. Easy Access to the House: Getting in and out of the house was seamless. The instructions provided were clear, and we didn't encounter any issues during our stay. It made the entire experience hassle-free. Overall, I highly recommend this rental. It exceeded all our expectations, and I can't wait to come back again!

We had a great time with our family! The house is nice and close to everything. I just couldn't give 5 stars due to a few small issues. The patio furniture was old and torn, the pool table is not level, and we got locked out for a bit due to one key not working. It is a nice place to get away to and we would stay here again.

differing areas to gather

I loved that our group of 8 could go to different areas of the home. There was the gameroom, others could find quiet on the front porch swing, while others could sit on the upstairs balcony, and others on the back deck with the grill and eating table. We never felt on top of each other. Also, has ROKU throughout the house.

Loved this property. We had a few hiccups like washer leaking, something stuck in garbage disposal but they were quickly addressed by property management and they were super helpful and very nice. Our only complaint were they need a better cleaning crew. Found balls of dark hair in shower and would have appreciated outdoor patio cleaned (it sits under pine trees so that I understand but the dust/dirt could be swept before renting) For being a nice place a bit lacking in how well stocked the kitchen was. We got very creative finding serving bowls, cutting boards. Overall great experience and I would recommend it to anyone!

We stayed here in May for a Spartan Race. It was very close to the venue, had plenty of space and was very clean. The hot tub came in handy after the race for some well needed recovery. I would highly recommend this rental.
