New Covid-19 flexible cancellation policy

#1. A full refund would be due if the city of Big Bear Lake and/or the county of San Bernardino prohibits vacation rentals over this time period.

#2. An 18 month credit would be due if the guest decides on their own that they do not feel comfortable traveling due to covid-19. We can allow this credit anytime up until 72 hours from the scheduled arrival date.
