Nice place but not enough shampoo for 2 people no extra toilet paper no hair conditioner
This was my second enjoyable stay here. The staff are consistently nice. The rooms and location were quiet. The motel is on Big Bear Blvd. (busy street at times), but it sits down and away from the road so you don't notice or hear the traffic.
Cozy, comfortable room. Young lady in yhe office was very personable. Enjoyed the lake view and table and chairs outside the room. Only negative was how loud the next rooms plumbing was..ie..toilet flushing.
Booked two nights however needed to leave early and only stayed 1 night. It was nice and convenient for the purposes we needed this hotel for. Would stay again. Close to Octoberfest festival!

No air conditioning the only way to cool the room was to open the window and place a fan. Everyone walking by could see in your room. They didn’t have any ice. The hotel was outdated but clean.
This was an August visit, so the weather was on the warm side (not hot). It would have been nice to have a/c to sleep better at night. The furniture is very dated but in decent shape and the room was clean. A small coffee place is within easy walking distance across the street. I consider it a good value and would stay there again. I recommend it to others if you do not need anything fancy.
My husband and I stayed here for two nights with our 4 yr old granddaughter. It was an amazing experience as it was our first vaca with her. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I would recommend this place and would definitely stay here again

Motel was fine for our purpose. Basic.
Signage to find the location was okay, if you had a look out. I used gps and followed instructions. Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable enough. This is a motel style facility and that's what you get. Very roomy. It was summer, so no snow or use of the gas fireplace needed for heat. Room temperature was warm when we arrived, not hot, and opening the window allowed in some fresh air and coolness. It was 80+ in the day and 40's at night. We stayed two nights. Electric service was lost at 3:30 am on the second night. Out of the control of the motel, but they had no back up. Apparently this happens a few times a year when there are high winds and Edison turns off the power to avoid fire hazards. It was weird. Overall, our stay was what is expected at a motel.
I like the property is quiet, clean and comfortable. Lot of walkable dinning options

This is not a Hotel like it said on the website. This a a Motel. The room I stayed was bad the loads nosed came from the bathroom through out the night. I was up all night due to nosed, sounds like something kept dropping or something. It was an uncomfortable night I had ever experienced. Misleading advertising.
We needed a room to just rest for a night after hiking and shopping at Big Bear and the price was right. The lady at the front desk was nice and very helpful. Would stay here again.

This was a last minute booking, and we really enjoyed our stay at this property. Nice big room, comfy king bed and close walking distance to lake. Lovely outdoor bbq area, which we took advantage of, with tables/chairs. There were several seating areas throughout the property with table/chairs/umbrellas. Would definitely stay at this property again.
