After reading previous reviews, I was concerned about several complaints and called Vacasa prior to the stay. They assured me the broken items were fixed. I even got a text message that the dishwasher rack was fixed. It was not. The beds in the closet “bedroom” were both broken as well. While we were there, the hot water broke down. It was impossible to communicate with local Vacasa to address our concerns. They did eventually fix the hot water after I talked to a national Vacasa supervisor. They reimbursed us for 1 night stay (even though it was 2 days without hot water). They never fixed the dishwasher or beds. Positives: the view is amazing, and the drive to Big Sky was easy. Big Sky ski resort was amazing!

Pros: Good space and layout of rooms, 6 beds! Fully stocked kitchen, thermostat in each bedroom, beds were fairly comfortable, good location.Cons: Bed in the room off of master was completely broken, couldn't use it. Overall dark and run-down. Bad water pressure, very slippery showers. Shower on first floor pops up and down in middle. Neighbors were loud at times. Top rack of dishwasher broken. No towel holders in 1 room, they all fell off the wall. Limited parking and big SUVs don't really fit.

A little disappointed in this one. Its not really walking distance which was a selling point for us. The condo itself was ok nice view on the back porch does need some uodates but that wasnt an issue for us, however there are some safety concerns... the downstairs bathroom tub is slick and it pops up and down when you step on it, the toaster needs replaced looked damaged inside, and the plug ins need replaced. The pillows are unacceptable as far as being soiled and stained.

While the property was spacious, clean, and comfortable, it could use a "face lift". As other commenters have said, the interior is rather dark and could use some brightening up. Also, the interior could use some paint and new wall outlets Single beds are not particularly comfortable and the one extra single bed is in a room open to the master bedroom and only suitable for a young child sleeping near parents (advertising a bit misleading). Bring your own sharp knives and pizza cutter because you won't find them in the kitchen.

The location was perfect, with easy access to Big Sky, shopping, and restaurants. The property is comfortable but needs a refresh and is darker than pictured. There is plenty of room, we had 7 people, but the bathrooms are small, and the kitchen is original. The refrigerator was missing all of the rails in the door, so nothing could be stored there. Laundry facilities are available but coin-operated and located in the community hot tub and pool building. The front door look required a 10-digit code and was a little temperamental, sometimes requiring a couple of attempts.

Condo was cery clean and centrally located. Bonus that it had 3 bathrooms which we did not know. However the photos must be old. The condo is not bright and cheery like the pictures. They have repainted and it's dark inside. Lighting could be better, but otherwise we liked it.

Summer hiking base camp

Our group of 5 friends used this property as our hiking basecamp. We enjoyed our stay and found the property clean and very functional for our trip. We used the community hot tub and pool that were centrally located. The front door look requires a 10 digit code and was a little temperamental sometimes requiring a couple attempts. Otherwise we were very pleased with the property.

Good spot

Very nice place. Short drive to the ski resort. Incredibly convenient if Nordic skiing is on your agenda—a 5 minute walk to the Nordic Center. Kitchen is pretty well stocked so it’s easy to cook—but you need to bring your own spices.
