The home was as listed and pictured. We were grateful that our crew was permitted to stay on the premises with ample parking. It was a relaxing space to come back to after working on the highway all day.
Warm comfortable home with great fireplace and cozy living area. Had all we needed for a relaxing respite after a day of Big Sky skiing. So nice having a connected garage and thanks for the seasoned firewood!
Wonderful town home. Very Clean. Close to town center but not walk able for us. 5 mile ride to Big Sky ski resort. The mud room was perfect for us skiers. We could remove our ski boots and not track in any snow. I would like to suggest owners look at the pots and pans and maybe replace some. Also add some dishes as we were always running out and needed to run the dishwasher constantly. We would definitely recommend this home. Also the skiing is super great!
House was very clean! Great for a group of friends, plenty of space! Was concerned about no air conditioning but the box fans with the cool Montana night air was perfect!
I have stayed in many ski properties over the years, and this was definitely the least clean Iâve ever seen. The listing was on VRBO, but itâs actually booked through âStay Montanaâ. On arrival we were excited to settle in and a bit disappointed to find the decor super mismatched (mint green paint was jarring) but who cares! We came to ski. Disappointment continued with super low quality bedding and beds, personal items in drawers and closets (surprised since itâs a managed property) and extremely dirty blinds and baseboards. The whole unit is in need of a deep clean. For $600+ per night, we would have stayed at The Wilson where it is clean. The hot tub had a green tint that never went away though we followed instructions. It was impossible to reach anyone on the phone, and I left multiple messages which were not returned, though not to complain, just to advise we were checking out a day early, and no one even called me back to ask why or how our stay was going. There was a tablet in the unit that supposedly had a chat feature to reach someone in property management, but multiple chats went unanswered. We had so much fun in Big Sky, powder was awesome, So I in no way regret the trip, but would not recommend Stay Montana properties. We will book through a different company in the future.
Excellent property and wonderful response/customer service. A little issue checking as the tablet we were supposed to use was dead and a worker came by to check on the hot tub without us knowing. However, the property manager was very responsive and got us set up very quickly.
