The check-in staff was wonderful, but the hotel is on a very busy corner. The sound insulation is pretty good considering all the noise. The room is clean but the AC is insufficient for the heat. I keep my house at 81-83 degrees (for comparison) and found this room uncomfortably warm.

Comfortable place for the price.

No frills, but a comfortable place to stay and at a great price! It was quiet, especially since it is right off of the freeway. The couple who own it greeted me and gave me recommendations for restaurants (which was to go to the next town unless you like Indian food.)

Outstanding value, exceptionally clean

This motel is exceptionally clean and inviting. The gentleman at the Front desk patiently answered my questions about the area, and checked me in without any issues. I will absolutely stay here again

A perfect spot

My stay at 3 Rivers was perfect. From the warm welcome at check in to my check out. I felt safe and cozy. The motel was close to food choices and right off the highway for easy access. I would stay here again if I’m I. The neighborhood.

The owner was a very nice gentleman. Very kind and had a smile on when I came to check in. Very, very clean room and well stocked with towels. Bed was comfortable and enough pillows! If I ever stay in Biggs again I definitely plan on staying there. Thank you so much!

Clean and clear

The mattress was sub par. I would have enjoyed another blanket. The “ heater” never warmed the room. But whoever cleans does an amazing job. The front seat man was kind and friendly.

Nice and Clean!

If you are expecting a Hilton in Biggs Junction, you’ll be sadly disappointed. For a small motel, this one is the best I’ve ever stayed in! The staff was very friendly and the rooms were amazingly clean! We stayed in a king room which was actually more like a mini suite with a sitting area and attached bedroom. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Décor has been nicely updated. I can not stress how surprised I was at how clean our room was. We would definitely stay here again.

We rented the bottom corner king suite. Big, nice large sitting room with couch and two easy chairs, desk a little too close to the door. The bedroom is separated by a door so I could go to sleep while my hubby stayed up watching TV. Clean and comfortable. It’s a little noisy at night because of passing trains and it is a major truck stop so that can be somewhat noisy too, but nothing that prevented us from sleeping. My only complaint is that the wonderful selection of coffees and teas at the coffee station in the office didn’t have a choice of half and half creamer. :( Needless to say, that wasn’t a deal breaker. Great price for a very comfortable stay.

This was clean, warm and well kept. Nice coffee and tea station at the clean check-in area. It was fairly quiet even with the semi gas station across the street. Easy freeway access!
