Clean, comfortable room. Hotel centrally located and easily accessible to transportation (or walking). Staff very helpful getting us oriented to the area. Good restaurants very close by. We were there during a soccer championship, so the streets were noisy at night - making sleep difficult even with windows closed. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and would return next time.

fantastic place to stay in the old town

it was a brilliant stay we have stayed 3 years in a row its in a perfect place in the old town we will be back 2026 the staff are amazing always there to advise and help

Room was just as pictured with two great balconies down onto the street. But once balcony doors were closed the room was quiet. Staff was very friendly. Some more complete instructions would have been helpful about coffee availability in lounge and how to get new towels.

Location location location! Can’t beat the area. Around a ton of restaurants, bars, shopping. Basic room, but it was big. Would definitely stay there again! Staff was friendly and helpful!

Nice room great location!

Nice room and great location in Bilbao close to the old town and the main shopping area. The only negative of the room was bathroom size in particular the shower which was small. However if i was in Bilbao again i would certainly consider staying here again.
