Perfect place to stay

Exquisite housekeeping and turn-down service. Beautiful structure in a perfect location: near central Bilbao, across the street from the “Gugg,” and a few steps from the airport bus stop. Amazing view from the rooftop lounge. Great jazz in the 0 floor bistro. Breakfast a combo of buffet and table service, all flat rate. Friendly front desk, at all hours.

The staff was the most helpful of any 5 star we’ve stayed at. The room was small, but the bed was big and very comfortable. The only negative was that we had trouble sleeping because we couldn’t find the light switch to turn off the bathroom light (bath separated by glass walls with Venetian blinds that didn’t close all the way). We finally found it at3 am behind the robes hung up in bathroom.

Excellent location, charming staff, comfy room. Construction going on which put a damper on things due to the noise. Someone yelling in the street most of the night. To the hotels credit, they comped us breakfast for our stay.

Excellent hotel with excellent staff, spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Air conditioning wasn’t working in our first room so requested a move which was accommodated. This room had a street view where there was a bar where a lot of shouting lasted until the early hours of the morning. Suggest improving the sound proofing as the staff informed us that this was a recurring problem most Saturday nights.

Opposite, the Guggenheim, close to shops and restaurants, and with its own parking, this modern hotel was very convenient for an overnight stay. The staff were charming and very helpful, and the room was large and well-appointed.The ground-floor Brasserie served an excellent dinner.

Location was perfect. We were on the 4th floor overlooking the museum. Lovely room and well attended. Roof top bar was a great ending to our 2 days in Spain. We will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.
