The hotel is conveniently located above the intermodal, providing quick access to the bus terminal and associated parking. It's close to the San Mames stadium and there are a lot of food options within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable with proper air conditioning. The bathroom was also great, with a build in bidet for the toilet. Our room had a view of the city towards San Mames Stadium - beautiful! I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to do so!

Hotel was very convenient whilst attending the European Rugby Finals and exploring Bilbao. Rooms were perfectly adequate for our needs though the configuration of the bathroom area was slightly unusual! Breakfast on our first morning was very basic so we ate elsewhere after that (Definitely recommend the nearby Bramar). Staff attitudes were quite mixed!

Everything was great. Only problem was our air conditioning wasn’t working and it was super hot that day and night. Did complain about it, as it was so late when we checked in they couldn’t do anything. Staff were kind and helpful. Would stay here again next time, hopefully the air conditioning will work.

This is clearly a great hotel, just above the bus station with a great view to the football Arena. Simply the most central hotel in Bilbao and great staff. Stayed at many hotels in Bilbao, I rank this very high. Only thing I dont like, is the modern style moving the handwashing into the room. This is very annoying at night. But everything else is just great.
