Overall decent though older hotel and great for the price. The breakfast had eggs, biscuits and gravy, plus standard continental. The pool area was nice, however one of the two hot tubs didn't work. They charged a fee to use the water slide which was NOT mentioned online, but there wasn't much enforcement of it. We had a chirping smoke detector in our room, but they fixed it immediately. Not the greatest neighborhood.

Both my rooms had trash left under the beds and also drinks left behind inside the fridge from prior guests. There was a hole in the ground near the wall with a pipe sticking out and the curtains were horribly stained. One of my rooms did not have a remote to the TV and front desk said maintenace would deliver one and in which did not happen.

Room smelled like cigarettes. Asked for pool towels, the receptionist said they would bring som but never did. Toilet kept running. The water tasted terrible and breakfast was not good.

When we stayed the photos on the website made this seem like a decent hotel. When we got there, first the room remote wasnt working so after the maintenence gentleman came up and got it working as soon as he left it stopped again so I had to go down and complain again which they got new batteries after digging around for them, yiu have to pay to use the slide which is kinda ridiculous why not just include it in your stay, then when it was time to take showers the tub didn't drain properly and looked like it was stained, the final straw for this location was the ac unit didnt even work properly. And when I went down to complain about it the front desk worker acted like it wasn't that big of a deal that it wasnt working. Very shrug your shoulder/blase type answer of, we can move you to another room I guess attitude. The second room had a very musky smell but the ac worked so I was not complaining again. Just overall wasnt the experience we had hoped for and will not be returning.

Toilet overflowed, we had to shut off the water, microwave didn’t work and smelled like it was burning, missing TV remote, look at the lamp shades in room #112. Gross and dirty! I’ve been a Wyndham rewards number for a lot of years and I barely got it. I’m sorry about this. God forbid they called me a free night! Normally, I don’t complain, but this was bad.

Everything dirty, sheets not washed , boogers on headboard. Shower not working. Moved rooms and that room was also uncleaned. Shower half worked but ceiling was about to cave in with water damage and black mold. Walking from the shower into bed made my feet black and dirty. The waterslide cost extra each day. Drinking water was heavy in chlorine and ice machine was off. The pluses were beds were comfortable and breakfast wasn't edible.
