The pool area was fun for the kids, although they do charge a small fee for the slide that is not mentioned online. The hot tubs were hot, but the jets didn't really do much. The treadmills work mostly, but do slip a bit. Room had bad smell but could tell it had been cleaned. Property is definitely showing its age. Breakfast was decent with eggs and biscuits and gravy.

The room smelled horrible and wasnt clean at all. Window sill had mold. Hair on floor in bathroom. Carpet needed vacuumed. Our key cards would stop working constantly and we eneded up with about 20 keys. The shower pressure was great and the bed wasnt too bad.

We will definitely come visit again. Thanks. Staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean, and peaceful. There was plenty of hot water for baths and showers. The room and bathroom were very clean. And, all appliances were clean and in good condition. The was a wide variety on the breakfast bar. The hot scrambled eggs, biscuits, and gravy were fresh and a great way to start our mornings. There was also fresh juice to drink. My favorite was the orange juice. The coffee was fresh and very good, too.

The floors were not clean. Bathroom floor was sticky, a wrapper in the tub, no coffee cups, one coffee. Called the next day to have them clean the room. Was not cleaned when we returned. was going to pay for the last night at the desk, they wanted $511. Nope, if they want to charge that much, make sure the rooms are clean.

The room smelled of mold, there was clear water damage on the doors and the carpets was wet and had holes in it. The breakfast was inedible and there was a dog in the breakfast area. The pillows should have been discarded long ago. It was a terrible stay.

Had to wait so they could "clean the room", gave me keys to a room that was already occupied (after supposedly cleaning said room), put us in a much smaller room without the sleeping space in previous reservation, offered a dirty roll away (at no additional charge, like he was doing me a favor). Room was DISGUSTINGLY dirty. Food and and plastic silverware on the floor, behind nightstand. Microwave looked like someone defrosted meat and left the blood dripping out the door. Bathtub didn't drain. By far, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in

The first room I was put in had to be switched because the heater was making an extremely loud noise all night. It just kept getting worse, and I couldn’t sleep. They moved me to a second room where the heater worked fine — but the cleanliness was even worse. I found condoms in one of the drawers. The smoke detector wasn’t even attached to the wall; the main piece was in one drawer. There was hair all over the bathtub, dirt and stains on the walls, and garbage under the bed. It honestly felt like they only change the sheets and do a quick vacuum — nothing more. On top of that, housekeeping walked into my room at 8:30 in the morning. They claimed they had been knocking for five minutes, which is absolutely not true. I was already awake and didn’t even have time to get out of bed before they came in. When I told them it was rude and disrespectful, the housekeeper got mouthy and acted like he did nothing wrong. Overall, this was a very disappointing and uncomfortable stay. I definitely would not return.

The bathroom had a leak in 2 places. 1st one was on the floor. I dont know if the toilet leaking. The 2nd was the ceiling was leaking as well in the bathroom. The sink had no cold water only had hot. We checked in late and at first everything seemed fine. Once I turned the TV off and tried to go to sleep, I realized the fan/heater in the room was extremely loud. It kept getting louder as the night went on, and I eventually had to turn it off because I couldn’t fall asleep. On top of that, the alarm clock randomly went off in the middle of the night. Then at 8:30 a.m., housekeeping knocked and immediately walked into the room. They claimed they had been knocking for five minutes, but I was already awake and didn’t even have time to get out of bed before they entered. That was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. They moved me to another room, but it wasn’t any better. I opened a drawer and found condoms inside. I also noticed the smoke detector wasn’t attached to the ceiling, and the missing piece was sitting in a drawer. That’s a serious safety concern. Overall, the cleanliness was below standard, and the entire experience was disappointing. I would give this place zero stars.

The room was very clean, except behind bathroom door. I left a note about that. I was thrilled to have a relatively low cost clean room to sleep for a Dr appointment early the next morning. The water was very hot, so my shower was sweet, no waiting for warm water. The room was quiet and I appreciated being able to run the fan on the AC to sleep. Thanks!!

Staff was absolutely top tier, but the place is straight up the rodeway/motel 6/vegas with modern updated colors (new paint) and mirror stickons that are cute but.... you can polish a turd but its still a turd. The fridge was broken, th heat/cooling system was hit or miss, the bath curtain smelt like mold and the water temp was either scolding hot lava or ice age. The breakfast was sad panda but were thankful it was free, the pool was stupid packed and no towels so we froze all the way back to the room and the worst thing of all was the bed. I specifically stayed for a comfy bed and my back is so messed up from the nightmare that is the Howard Johnson... should be a 50$ nightly hotel room
