Check in staff was great, friendly and fast. The only thing to improve would be right when you walk in, the entry way had a weird smell. It was just there but it made me worried that the whole place would smell like that. Maybe change out the carpet?? Other wise WONDERFUL

The hotel was easy to find and parking was plentiful and close. The staff at the front desk was friendly and informative, check in was seamless. The room itself was spacious and appeared clean, but the smell was horrible. Pets are allowed at this hotel and it smelled as if a dog had previously urinated in the room. We did not ask for a room change, so I don’t know if the other rooms smelled the same. The windows were thin and traffic noise was quite noticeable all night. The cold air also seeped through- right next to the bed. The shower was hot and had great pressure. Overall, I would probably not stay here again but it was fine for a quick overnight trip and the price was hard to beat.

Amazing room that had it all. Winter storms in the area forced us in for the night and this place was a pleasant experience. Quick and easy from the interstate, friendly staff, clean, and affordable.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The price was very reasonable and the pet charge was the best we have ever seen. I would highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in the Billings area.
