We have stayed here before so we knew what to expect. Overall we really like this property and the location is great for us. Very private and quiet location and easy access. A couple things I noticed while there this time is it needs a little tlc. There were several light bulbs burnt out throughout the house but the main issue we had is the beds are TERRIBLY creaky. The one in the master is so bad that you barely move and wake yourself and your partner up all night long. The bunk bed is that way too although I know that metal frame bunk beds are that way and hard to keep from doing that. The couches are definitely showing signs of wear and breakdown from 2 years ago when we were there last. Overall our experience with this place is good and we will probably return here again but it would be nice to see it kept up with slightly better. I would still recommend it if you have a family as it is a good price for what you get and nice and spacious. :) I don’t like to leave negative reviews and I hope this doesn’t come across as one, just trying to be honest to help others.

As grandparents who live in Texas, having a HOMEY place to land where there is plenty of space for toys & playing is AWESOME!! The home is well equipped with just the right amount of baby & infant supplies - also in the kitchen, bathrooms & laundry room (a BIG WIN for out of state travelers). We’ll stay here every time we visit!!!

Very comfortable stay in Billings at this VRBO. We spent 7 days here and had everything we needed; an abundance of pots, pans, kitchen utensils; plenty of towels; warm bedding. The place was very clean, too, which is a must for me! Additionally, the owner was responsive to the questions I had. Two thumbs up!

The owner put up a Christmas tree so that our family could have an early present opening. The space was PERFECT for our family! We loved the layout of the kitchen & den - very open & clean!
We could hear the Christmas music from the Zoo :-)

We visited Billings for a family reunion and this was a five star stay. Home is equipped with every amenity you would find in your own house. Extremely comfortable, clean, spacious yet cozy. The layout was accessible for our visually impaired elderly mother. We especially liked being able to park in the garage. Thank you for sharing your lovely property with us!

The host is magnificent. The house was super. My adult with significant others enjoyed the privacy. The kitchen was perfect for a family birthday breakfast the day after our eldest Son got married. It was wonderful to have 2 families come together. I feel the host made an often stressful time with a do it yourself wedding exceptionally perfect. The garage was perfect for to drop off decorations till we could get in our venue. It also allowed everyone to have a central meeting location for numerous reasons. 3 siblings together that hadn’t been in the same place since 2019. A breast feeding mother to have a private & quiet place. This an AMAZING place.

This is a beautifly appointed home. Great spaces with everything we needed gor a 2 week stay. It is in a very peacefull area. The zoo is within walking distance. We enjoyed sitting on the beautiful back porch every morning. The home is located near many areas of interest and great restaurants.We loved it!!

This is a truly lovely place to stay! It was clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet, and family-friendly! The hosts were wonderful at communicating and responding quickly to questions and needs. The fenced yard is great for kids to run around and play. Our son loved the basketball hoops in the garage. Overall, it was a very nice and relaxing place to stay and spend time with family!! Beautiful location, relaxing stay

My family stayed at this wonderful home for a soccer tournament. We loved the location, it was everything we were looking for! Clean, spacious, with an amazing big back yard that my kids had so much fun playing football and baseball. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood close to great amenities (Costco, Scheels, a brewery, the Zoo, and easy to get onto the interstate), but gives you a country feel. We enjoyed our stay so much that we hope to book the same house next year for the soccer tournament.
