Check in was great and kitchen had basicallywhat we needed. I always bring my knives and 2 pans to cook in just in case. Disappointed that the pool had tons of tears in the liner and was approximately 1 foot lower than what it should have been and the filter couldnât filter anything. It was very dirty when we arrived. The owner shared that it was from a storm. The back patio on the second floor was all tarped up from a storm which made the patio unusable. I had to share with the owner that the weeds around the pool were bad. The lawn mowing people did come however because we were in the pool they didnât take care of the weeds. I asked the pool guy when he came how long the liner had been torn and he said for awhile. I just think that if you are having people rent your home and the pool liner needed replaced, the owner should have communicated this to us or taken the time to replace it. It had obviously been torn for a very long time. This is a big factor when we rent a home for the week because we come for the pool and the ocean. We spoke to the owner about the issues above. He did send the mowers on Monday, the pool guy on Tuesday however these things should have been taken care of before I arrived without a call to the owner. I was paying for the presentation / pictures that were shown on the internet and shouldnât have even had to text or call to address these issues after a 14 hour. Outside 2.5 stars and inside 5.
