The staff was friendly. Our room wasnt checked by the head of cleaning staff and she walked us to our room to do a thorough room check and make sure everything was nice. The H20 pool was pretty good but there was a lot of trash left laying around under chairs and people were smoking inside of the pool where it clearly stated it was no smoking in the pool.

We were booked into one room, which had no toilet paper, dirt, and film around the bathroom. We called for extra sheets. It took us calling three more times to actually get the sheets. They ended up changing our room, putting us in another room that had no air conditioning for four hours. We called repeatedly about the the air conditioning and they finally came out on the fourth hour.
