The stylishly furnished large luxury holiday apartment "Seebrise" *****, in the newly built Parkvilla Mathilde, is only a few minutes away from the center in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz and, with its good transport connections, offers the optimal mix of quietness and proximity to the sights in Binz.
An oasis of well-being has been created on 120 m², in which 4 people can leave everyday life behind. After a long day with countless impressions of the city, you can relax in the large living room on our real leather sofa with a novel or a good film (satellite TV available) or share your experiences with friends on the Internet. Another highlight is the Sonos music system.
In the cold season, you will experience unforgettable beautiful and relaxing days in front of the fireplace. Enjoy from the large windows a very nice view of the magnificent park with centuries-old beech trees.
In summer, the large terrace invites you to linger. Enjoy the in-house pool (heated in the summer months) in the middle of the 6000 m² park with elegant and tasteful gardens and hundred-year-old beech trees. The living area has a fireplace and access to the apartment's own sun terrace with a beach chair.
If you like to cook, this will be child's play in our fully equipped kitchen. From induction fields to microwaves to coffee machines, everything is available to serve a magical breakfast, lunch or dinner in the dining area of the living room.
For relaxation after a long day at the beach or a long bike ride or ... or ... or ... the bedroom with an excellent box spring bed is just the right place to recharge your batteries for the next day.
