In the house you can relax in the wellness oasis with swimming pool (4 x 8 meters) and sauna *. An elevator takes you accessibility to all floors of the house. A washing machine * and an electric dryer * are available for you in the house. In the Tiefgaragege you park your car up. 1.85 meters (WHG A2, B3 and B4). For the apartment C2 you have at the underground parking a car outside parking space. Our 2 room apartments are extensively equipped for 1 to 4 people, as well as for our 3 room apartment for 2 to 6 people. The Baltic Sea is only about 250 meters. Ferienwohnung entsprach nicht Angebot, tisch zum speisen in flur, kleine küche, harte durchgelegenes Bett, Couch schmutzig und harte Querstreben, kein Sessel, Tiefengaragenstellplatz in Ecke und Wand, einrangieren nur möglich mit minutenlangen hin und her fahren und wenn gegenüber Stellplätze nicht belegt, sonst nicht möglich, Balkon an Straße ohne Sichtschutz. Für diesen Preis nicht empfehlenswert.
