The villa is located at Paulstraße 1. This flows into the town's most popular shopping street, the main street. Bicycles can be parked in the bicycle cellar. You will find the bus stop for local and long-distance public transport as well as the spa railway approx. 80 m from the house.

Your comfortably furnished non-smoking apartment 21RB11 is on the 2nd Upstairs. The 3-room apartment with Italian flair has a size of approx. 60 square meters and can be occupied by up to 4 people. From the seating and dining area you can enjoy the morning sun and have a beautiful view over the roofs of Binz to the foothills of the Granitz. In addition to the living room with an integrated kitchen, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with a vanity, large shower and toilet. A separate storage room offers space for the children's suitcases, shoes and objects. One bedroom has a double bed and the other room has two beds and a wardrobe each. You will also find a seating and dining area in the living area, as well as a TV and radio / CD player.
