Birchington, a charming coastal village in Kent, is renowned for its picturesque scenery and welcoming atmosphere. It offers a delightful mix of quaint shops, cafes and historic sites. Just a short stroll away, Minnis Bay features a stunning sandy beach, perfect for families and water sports enthusiasts. With its scenic coastal walks and breath taking sunsets, Minnis Bay is a hidden gem on the Kent coast, ideal for a relaxing seaside escape.

Prior to arrival, guests will be issued with full check-in instructions.
Guests have the use of the apartment and parking when booking. The garden area is shared with the other apartments (5 in total) however the apartment does have its own allocated outdoor decked area.

Step inside this cosy ground-floor apartment, where a bright and spacious living area awaits. Relax on the comfortable sofa, stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV with our super-fast Wi-Fi, or simply gaze out at the sea. The living area leads directly onto your private decked space within the shared garden.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. It features:

Gas hob and oven
Fridge/freezer
Microwave, kettle, and toaster
Washing machine
Coffee machine
A dining table is available for evenings in, and a table with chairs on your private deck is perfect for dining al fresco on warmer days.

This home features two comfortable double bedrooms, each with its own wardrobe. The first bedroom includes a private ensuite bathroom with a large shower. The second bedroom is conveniently located opposite the main family bathroom, which offers a relaxing bathtub and shower.

Guest Access
Enjoy a seamless and convenient self check-in. Full instructions will be provided prior to your arrival. Your booking includes exclusive access to the entire apartment, a private parking space, and your own allocated outdoor decked area. You are also welcome to use the shared garden space.

The Neighbourhood
Located directly on the coast, our home is an ideal base for adventure. Explore the scenic coastal trails just moments from your door, or try your hand at exciting water sports such as sailing and windsurfing.

Getting Around
Your stay includes one private parking space located just outside the apartment. Additional free parking is also available on the road.

Important Information
This is a ground-floor apartment.
The apartment can sleep up to 6 guests. If you require the use of the sofa bed in the living room, please let us know when you book.
The garden area is shared with the other five apartments in the building; however, the outdoor decked area with its table and chairs is for your private use.


The house boasts a fully equipped kitchen which leads through to a small dining area. There are two double bedrooms, one has a shower ensuite and the other has a family bathroom opposite.


The Living area has a Smart TV with free access to a super-fast Wi-Fi connection.


The Living area leads onto the shared garden area. The kitchen houses a gas hob and oven, a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine and coffee machine. There is also a dining table for those looking to have evenings in as well as a table and chairs in the garden for when you wish to dine outside on warmer days and evenings.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need for your stay- ideal for when you fancy a night in.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a wardrobe. It also has a large shower ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 also has a double bed and a wardrobe.

The family bathroom has a bath and shower.

There is a small garden area to enjoy during your stay- perfect for the summer evenings.
There is a private parking space just outside the apartment. The road outside also offers free parking.
It is a 17-minute walk from Birchington train station or a 3-minute cab ride.
The Loop bus runs along The Parade and takes you around Thanet to Broadstairs and Ramsgate.


This is a ground-floor apartment.
The apartment can sleep up to 6 people (two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the Living room. If you would like to use the sofabed for your stay, please let us know upon booking.

Fantastic apartment!

We were pleasantly surprised at how big, clean and spacious this apartment was. It honestly was the perfect accommodation for us. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and diner and a roomy lounge it was a stunning, well furnished accommodation. We were supplied with simply everything that we would require and more. To top all of that off, the sea view was absolutely stunning and the beautiful sunset from your front room and bedroom was just the best. Both our dogs had the back lawn to themselves and they were secure with high green hedges. There was seating so we were all able to be together in the garden area and let the dogs play freely. We all were very comfortable and we cannot thank the hosts enough for literally thinking of their guests and adding all the little complimentary things that we didn’t expect but were ever so grateful for. The apartment is fresh, modern and well equipped so that made our stay very comfortable.
