Cleanness is a major concern - bedsheet with yellow stain and a teared towel with dar stain, didn’t seemed to be cleaned properly. After raising this with reception, staff brought clean and ironed sheet and towels, and breakfast for free.

Good value for money

Traffic from main road is noisy and I got woken up by the smell of cannabis coming through my window. Someone was smoking a joint at 5am outside the front of the hotel. Otherwise stay was fine and good value for money in comparison to single rooms at hotels.

Generally very good, clean and comfortable. Location great and good amenities. Drawback was the excessive £200 refundable deposit required, payable upon arrival.
